I woke up one morning and this word was written on the notepad next to my bed. It's oddly clear. I have no recollection of writing it, and a Google search provides no clue to what might have triggered it. Curious.

HA. HA. HA. This is the name of the Malria medicine I was given at the hospital in Kitui. I was worried about taking it on top of the anti-malarial and texted you about it one night, I believe. I think I might have switched a couple of letters, which is probably why google couldn't pull it up.
